The article is basically the study of WOx properties due to Mo doping duing spray pyrolysis process. Though there are many works have already been published, but this study has got some scientific importance. My comments are:

Minor comments:
1. Overall standard of English is not satisfactory. There are a lot grammatical mistakes.
2. Abstract is very narrative and has a lot of language mistakes. Suggest to rewrite it.
3. There are random errors in scientific expressions; such as in page 2, line 4-5 author stated: WO3 as a material oxide. It should be metal oxides. Author needs to carefully revise the manuscript and use correct scientific expressions.
4. The need for this study and problem statement are not convincing the introduction. Author should describe the problem statement to the point elaborately. Author may take help from the following articles on describing the study gaps of WOx.

Major comments:

1.I am not convinced with the statement given at page 3,line 32. To the best of my knowledge, it is nearly impossible to get constant film thickness by spray pyrolysis process where deposition time is not fixed even. I would like to see FESEM cross sectional images of all the samples.
2. Post annealing was done in open air or under vacuum?
3. Why Atomic % of O is increases ( table 5) after post annealing ? Did the annealing time increased?
