Although the paper deals with potentially interesting topics, in my opinion, the paper does not make a significant contribution.
The literature review should be improved. Some relevant material published in Online Information Review should be cited.
About the methodology, some employed methods are not explained properly. Explaining the categories of analysis through the research questions would contribute to a better understanding of research.
Also, results should be described by research questions too. It would provide much more clarity.
