The manuscript is about DIA-LC-MS/MS analysis of type I gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (type I g-NENs). The authors found some differentially expressed proteins in type I g-NENs.

The authors are trying to show the differentially expressed proteins in type I g-NENs. However, some important experimental details are missing.
For the comparative analysis, selection of control groups is very important. The authors mentioned that they performed quantitative comparison between the experimental and control groups. But clear description is provided in the manuscript about the control group. It is assumed that peritumoral tissues were the control groups. The authors need to clearly describe it.

The authors did some DDA analyses. However, the manuscript does not show how many DDA analyses were performed and how the DDA analyses contributed to the DIA analyses. In addition, it is not clear how many DIA analyses were performed.

Minor points.
The tile for the section 3.1 is not appropriate. It would be better such as 'Experimental flowchart for the current investigation'. And then show some description for the flowchart.
The meaning of PASP in experimental section is not clear.

Finally, the information regarding IRB approval is missing. Since the research involves human subjects, it would be advisable to include a statement confirming IRB approval.
