(2) In the INTRODUCTION section, the clear global objective of the proposed research needs to be included.
(3)In tables 1 and 2, the deviation value needs to be included in the % encapsulation.
(4) In figures 2, 4 and 7, the letters corresponding to the statistical results need to be included.
(5) Figure 7 needs to include the deviation data.
(6) Explain why in the C. musae growth inhibition study a control without Thymol is not used. In the case in which it was evaluated without thymol, include the results in figure 7.
