You have written a good article consistent with a valid idea that can be developed. Here are the comments. 1. the abstract and the introduction are too long. In adition, the paper does not determine the problematic explicitly and its resolution clearly.
2. You should focus on the added value of your work without giving too much detail on the literature.
3. What is the difference between the algorithms proposed in references 16 and 2 of your article? Do they are the same or is it just a nominal similarity ?
4. Are the optimal values obtained for the test functions, especially those 1 and 2, standard value? I think it would be better to compare the results with other methods from other articles in an equal condition.
5. It is better to compare the results in the tables with your algorithm one by one using the + and - and = signs.
6. How does the performance of algorithms change with increasing dimensions of test functions? I think it is better to test this for several sample functions.

8. What is the usefulness of table 7 spread over pages from 11 to 16...
9. Conclusion to review and rephrase as it includes a table and figures. In addition, the prospects outlined for further work done are unclear.
