The title of article is acceptable , however it could be more clearly and closer to the study. abstract missing some important information of sampling , some result , cost of enzyme , age, etc.

the Background section :Author mentioned that restriction site by mismatched primers were created and examined its application in Han Chinese population ! how ? when? In methodology : why all samples from a coke oven plant? The author focus on cost of restriction enzyme in his study but did not compare the result of work with other studies considering other techniques which may by cheaper than using restriction enzyme to detect polymorphism like ARMS PCR technology and others. References absent in some mentioned process.

In results :figure 1 does not include negative and positive control which is so important to compare with other lanes. Author used ethidium bromide stain which is highly risk and expensive than some other safety stains! . the discussion missing comparison with other studies and results of other populations.
