It is my pleasure to review the manuscript entitled SHOULD PEOPLE WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES TREATED BY MULTIPLE DAILY INSULIN INJECTIONS WITH HOME HEALTH CARE SUPPORT BE SWITCHED TO HYBRID CLOSEDLOOP? THE CLOSE AP+ RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL.

The authors demonstrate the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of automated insulin delivery(AID) assisted by home healthcare(HHC) for type 2 diabetes(T2DM).

The author's aims and claims are reasonable for T2DM patients who have difficulty managing their glycemic control with MDI.

I have some questions for the authors.

1. The authors mention cognitive impairment, have you looked into actual cognitive function and ADLs?
   I'm wondering if the degree of intervention would depend on that.?

2. Is there any reason why there are more women in the control group?（86.7％ v.s. 50.0%）

3. Is there any reason why the total insulin daily dose is higher in the control group when there is no difference in BMI between the two groups? (81.8 ± 38.2 v.s. 62.8 ± 37.2)
