Several shortcomings (remark, minor comments, and questions): First: Motivation is not sufficiently stated in the introduction part. It should be clarified why they consider this problem and what advantages of the proposed technique are. Second: What are the key features of the proposed scheme? (properties, characteristics, and weaknesses). Third: Complexity: Please give some theoretical analysis in the time complexity of the current paper. Fourth: The authors should explain how each of the parameters influences the performance of proposed approach clearly. Fifth: The authors should state in the paper what kind of the software package has used to obtain the required results. Sixth: Although English is generally good, I think it needs to be polished further and some typos need to be revised. Seventh: Punctuation marks should be checking through the paper, especially after the equations. Eighth: Check that any reference is cited in the texts.
