In Title, The Author can rephrase the Title little catchy so that It attracts more readers.

In Abstract, In this manuscript, abstract is fine with objective proposed but When describing about the Heuristic Hock Transformation Based Gautschi's-Blur Model results such as efficiency and Precision doesn't provide adequate information.Also there is No clear comparison study with the existing work.

Comments on introduction/background

The introduction part is well written and it explains the concept to an extend. However the introduction part doesn't state the purpose of the research in a clear way. And there is no recent relevant studies are mentioned in the background survey.

Comments on methodology

The heuristic hock transform using Fourier method and gautschi's blur correction model was explained in a clear way. The difference between cervical and lumbar cases were shown clearly.

Comments on data and results

Graphs were drawn by comparing accuracy analysis, sensitivity validation and specificity. The tables were created on noise analysis and mean square error.

Comments on discussion and conclusions

The conclusion was drafted clearly but the author would have to suggested the future research on this paper it may be helpful.
