The main finding of the study by Jukić et al. is that CYP2C19 humanized transgenic mice show mild motoric disturbance and, therefore, may be a helpful model in research of cerebellar ataxia. The study is interesting and well-written. Therefore, I have only some minor comments:

  1. Provide original references for behavioral tests.
  2. Provide F-ratios or t-values and degrees of freedom where appropriate.
  3. I suggest avoiding acronyms such as "TG" as they unnecessarily hinder the understanding of science.
