Dear authors, Overall, I think your article provides an interesting read. However some things should be reconsidered. The title is too long, it could be simplify to capture the focus of the study. The abstract is confusing, consider organizing the abstract into distinct sections, such as objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. This structured approach can make it easier for readers to understant your study. I would recomend to use phrasing like „Using a robust analytical framework”, robust could be removed. The 1st sentence of the intoduction, i think it should be suported by evidence such a statement – provide a citation. The main variables are not clear from the begining, they should be presented and defined right from the beggining, i think it should be reorginised and summarised the theoretical backgournd. The research gap is not clear. Your focus it is not clearly presented – you run from parent-teacher relationship to service quality and social media use, not in a fluent and consistent way. The overall sturcture is confusing, I would prefer to have the theoretical concept definition and operationalization it he begining, the research aim and objectives in the end of theoretical part. The research questions or hypothesis together, not separated included in the text. The underepresentation of male in the sample should be discussed. M more information on the instrument used would be relevant, especially regarding the validation process, if available. The statistical analysis is stong, howver it is not enough for understanding what was done and achived. The Discussion is not well organized and provides limited information to the reader. It has little context to other studies. The conclusion should be a distinct part of the manuscript and should be more transparent to the hypothesis of the study.
