In this study, Assy et al. calculated the minimally important difference in the XI among Sjögren's disease patients. The study is very interesting and well written. I have only one minor comment:

Despite the data set used for this study is from a previous published work (the authors provided the reference for more specific details about the methodology), there should be a brief description about the intervention itself and the control group, and not send the reader to look up for that information in the previous paper. For example, the patients of the control group are divided into non-improvement and improvement group (table 3), but there is no information in this paper about this group, if they received any intervention at all or the type of intervention.
