The authors evaluated user preferred quality characteristics of raw cassava roots and the derived products, gari and eba, in Cameroon and Nigeria from focus group discussions and individual interviews.
Abstract should be rewritten as it does not systematic understanding and no useful
conclusion.
The study of gender mapping of livelihood activities is very interesting. However, it should have focused exclusively on the cassava cultivation that is the scope of your study. This would have allowed a precise evaluation of the impact of this culture on the lives of the people.
There are several studies that have investigated the quality of cassava, gari and eba from different cassava varieties. Authors must state some of the findings by previous authors and state clearly why the current study is important.
Work well written but lacks the scientific flow.
