The reviewer thinks the authors generally responded to the comments, however, I recommend adding the following descriptions.

As shown in the supplementary figure 5, the expression of the subunits KIR and SUR was up-regulated in response to sPIF treatment. The authors should describe these findings and considerations in the discussion.
