I am Obliged to review this published article and thankful for the opportunity provided by Publons. Authors have highlighted the clinical environment challenges of Saudi nursing graduate students such as clinical evaluation, inadequate support, insufficient competency development and difficulty in achieving learning outcomes. Please find my comments below
Abstract/Title Abstract include all the information of paper, including aim, objectives, background, methodology,analysis and results. But abstract lack the recommendation for future study, it would have been better to write atleast one or two line recommendation.
Introduction/ Background Author has clearly explained the previous studies in intro and background Research question is clearly explained Research question is clearly justified with the literature review.
Methods Subject selection is clear variables are defined and measured Study is valid and reliable coefficient alpha is 0.83 and 0.88 for the elements of scale. The steps explain in the development of scale are very well explained.
Results Data is clearly presented Tables, clearly states the findings, rows and columns are labelled correctly and clearly. the significant and non significant results are clearly mentioned in the paper which is good.
Discussion/Conclusion The discussion chapter is written in detail manner. counter arguments of study are well documents and every aspect and angle is clearly mentioned in the discussion. Conclusion fulfils the aim of study i.e., experiences of Saudi students It would have been better to write the limitations and recommendation of study for future. limitation such as study involved the one university students so the findings cannot be generalise to other settings and another study could be conducted involving different perspectives from different universities.
Overall study has answer the aim very well and has highlighted the challenges and experiences of undergraduate students in clinical environment.
