This is the clinical and genetic description of a very interesting new cohort of individuals with periodontal EDS. The authors report on eleven novel pEDS cases, with a main focus on the vascular and dental features.
In general I would like to read and see more details on venous insufficiency as this is the predominant new finding of this paper. In the result section vascular findings are not mentioned at all! If you want to focus on vascular features please do it! Give details on methods of vascular investigations, more figures on vascular findings and detailed results like stages of venous insufficiency.
