Useful study was to describe current practices and management of PIVCs during the
intrapartum period. Few comments / questions for authors to address as follows:

- what is the significance of study that would impact clinical practice?
- Methods
- describe the study setting to benefit the international audience
- how was the target sample determined?
- how were the participants recruited and informed of the study?
- how was informed consent obtained?
- was the data collection instrument validated?
- describe the data collection process?
Results - clear and addressed the research questions
discussion
- what are the implications for practoce?
- what are the recommendations for future research?
