Useful study was to describe current practices and management of PIVCs during the
intrapartum period. Few comments / questions for authors to address as follows:
1. introduction
- what is the significance of study that would impact clinical practice?

  1. Methods
  2. describe the study setting to benefit the international audience
  3. how was the target sample determined?
  4. how were the participants recruited and informed of the study?
  5. how was informed consent obtained?
  6. was the data collection instrument validated?
  7. describe the data collection process?

Results - clear and addressed the research questions

- what are the implications for practoce?
- what are the recommendations for future research?
