Title: Volarization of Brewer’s spent grain for noodles preparation and its potential assessment against obesity

Overview and general recommendation

The methods section provides sufficient information on design, sampling, definitions, data collection and data analysis. References are up-dated adequate and correctly cited.

Minor comments:

The Title is not specific and I recommend changing it. It is not result from the manuscript assessment potential of BSG against obesity.
The parts of Abstract and Conclusion: I recommend not using abbreviations.
I also recommend that you read the entire manuscript carefully to correct the English language mistakes of the specialist terms and to respect the same writing, for example mL and not ml etc.
The part of Results and Discussion is very difficult to read due to the multitude of strung data. I recommend the entire review of this part. Also in the results part, the units of measurement of the determined characteristics are not understood: proteins, gluten (g, mg, etc.).

Overall, the authors carry out an interesting work and I recommend it for publication after minor revision.
