The study evaluated the influence of vitamin D on the biochemical effect of zoledronic acid through determination of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, immunoglobulin E and cortisol levels in the bloodstream in male Wistar rats. The study concluded that treatment with zoledronic acid in high levels of vitamin D promote worsened the determined biochemical parameters..
The study aim was clearly captured in the study title and the set objectives were adequate to achieve the study aim as designed. However, some stale (above 10 years) references were cited in the introduction and discussion sections. Major and minor points
