I think the title is vague. It is not clear whether the author/s aim to tell the advantages of WhatsApp or they aim to check the impact of WhatsApp on University-Level English Language Education. Reading the abstract, it seems that the authors aim to to understand if university level students consider WhatsApp as a significant learning platform that can develop and support their language learning skills; so the title can be changed as: "University Level Students' Attitudes Toward WhatsApp as An Online Platform".
The abstract is well-structured. Aim of the study needs to be made explicit much earlier in the text combined with the research that has been done on the topic. Objectives and Significance of the Study- should be part of the introduction and needs to be resumed in the conclusion. I did a simple search on internet and found numerous similar topics on this topic. Therefore, the gap must be indicated.
In your paper, no theoretical background can be found. In experimental backgrounds, the authors should mention the previous studies which have been done on this topic or something near to this topic in chronological order; then, the authors should mention gap. The authors must actually mention what gap they found to do this study. In literature review, the authors mentioned some previously done studies (although not enough), but they did not clearly state the gap.
The “Instruments” were not well-documented. for example, how they were scored; based on which criteria and benchmark; what about reliability and validity, and so on. I believe that the discussion is not deep enough. The validity and accuracy of the data should be discussed. The authors must comment on whether or not the results were expected and present explanations for the results; they must go into greater depth when explaining findings that were unexpected or especially profound.
Any suggestions for further researches and limitations of the study were not reported. Most of the references are not based on APA. They must be checked one by one.
