Introduction- You state that no research to date has examined whether teachers follow specific guidelines/criteria when designing vocabulary learning activities. I would be cautious in stating that. Even if you did a thorough review of the literature, there are many articles written in other languages. It's possible that there are articles on this.

Introduction- mention English when you discuss the small vocabulary repertoire.
Have there been any studies that examine this in more depth? Anything more recent? I would expand a little more on this lack of vocabulary development after school and even after finishing high school.

For page ranges in the Lit Review, should you use a hyphen or en dash?

Where is Table 1? Can you provide some background information on Table 1 before including it?

Teaching English in Saudi Arabia- You mention several BA courses are taught in English. Could it be more than several? Is there any nationwide data on EMI instruction or EFL course instruction?

In the participant section, clarify what school means in this sense. What is college? Is college a 4-year college? Is school, K-12?
Do you have a participant demographic table? Should you distinguish between English language teachers (K-12) and university English instructors? How many were in each group?

What questions were participants asked about their teaching background? This kind of information would be beneficial.

How did you ensure the validity of your survey?

You did not mention the focus groups in the abstract. Also, I think you should provide more insight into the specific methodological approach. Perhaps this is a mixed method study in which you collect quantitative data first followed by qualitative. I recommend reviewing John Creswell's mixed method research books.

How were focus groups chosen? Was there a box on the survey that they checked?

The qualitative data seems quite limited. I would work on synthesizing the qualitative data more. Did any themes emerge?

There is very little connection between the literature and results. The discussion needs to be expanded on.

Also, the literature review in general needs to be expanded on, especially in relation to vocabulary instruction in Saudi Arabia. I would also make more reference to TFA used in other contexts.

Avoid using "a decade ago" since your paper might be read 10 or 20 years from now. When you mention school, do you want to use a term such as K-12, P-12, etc.?
Check APA carefully in the references. For example, (Eds.) isn't italicized. SAGE only needs Sage and not publishing. You have included some doi's, but most of the journal references you included, don't have them.

This looks good. I'm pleased with the revisions. I just have one very minor concern. If this is APA 7th edition, for the journal article references, the doi: should be a link instead.
