This is a fascinating article, which combines previous research on academic entrepreneurship of business schools with a powerful argument, and does a good job of analyzing and discussing the situation of business schools and academic entrepreneurship, five themes have been summed up.

Through the author's research, we can grasp the situation of business schools in academic entrepreneurship. It is informative for developing business schools and academic entrepreneurship aspects.

Major points : 1. The subject selection process was clear, however, the rationality of the data collection method is not explained enough. 2. The rules of themes classification were not described in detail.

Minor points : 1.Although the authors noted that the first search was conducted in the ESCBO Business Source Premier, the authors did not explain why the database was used and what the advantages of the database were unclear. 2.The authors just lists the search keywords in Table 1, but does not explain the reasons for using them. 3.The authors collected data from 1998 to 2019, but the authors collected it over 18 months. Is there a reason for taking such a long time to collect? Is there a difference between a long collection time and a short collection time? It would be better if the authors explained. 4.There is also a lack of theoretical basis for setting the collection time. The search keywords in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are different, however, the reason was not explained.
