The paper works over sensor less control for PMSM using model reference adaptive system, according to me, the article cannot be accepted at this stage because of following reasons:
At this stage article is more of like a conference article rather than a journal article.
Article does not have significant technical contribution that can match the level of article required for the transaction.
Authors just implemented the simulation setup and carried out experiments without any novel technical contribution.
The results and proposed solutions are not validated via extensive theoretical analysis.
Simulation results provided in the article are not compared with any state-of-the-art recent transaction work. As plenty of works have been carried out in this domain, but authors did not compared their work with any other work.
Moreover, authors have not presented any algorithm for the proposed work, which is compulsory part of any technical contribution.
Other comments are as follows:
1- Experimental results are not discussed in deep detail, authors just discussed results from surface level perspective.
2- Write-up of article is not up to the mark, very minimal amount of information have been presented in the article.
3- A detailed “Related Works” section should be added in the article.
4- A table for Related Works should also be added in that work.
5- Certain equations in the text does not have cited references.
6- Caption of figures should be more detailed and self-elaborative.
7- Key contributions should be added at the end of introduction section.
8- More recent references are required in the work.

I am thankful to authors for submitting the revision, however, from the article and from the reviewer response file, it seems that authors just addressed my minor comments and did not even answered the actual comments, nor addressed them in the revision.
For instance, I asked about extensive simulation based comparison with other state of the art works, which is not addressed at all in the revision. This comparison is mandatory to show that the proposed work have significant technical contribution.
I asked about theoretical analysis of the proposed solution from perspective of theoretical proofs, which is not addressed at all.
I asked to add an algorithm in the work to demonstrate functioning, which is completely ignored.
I asked authors to add more recent reference, in response to which authors added 4 references from 2014 and one reference from 2016, which can never be termed as state of the art.
Remaining of minor comments of mine have been addressed.
