This manuscript constitutes an attempt to evaluate the incidence and distribution of pulp stones in southern Saudi Arabian population. The study was well performed and the manuscript was well drafted. However, there is no novelty in this study. There are previous similar studies performed on Saudi Arabian population. This study does not provide with any new information to the readers of this journal. Some of the specific queries have been addressed below. Introduction: - Mention the rationale of this study. Mention how this study was different when compared to previous published studies on incidence and distribution of pulp stones in population of Saudi Arabian and other countries in the world. Literature support is lacking in this aspect. Methodology: - Mention how sample size was calculated. - Mention the ethical clearance number. - Radiographs of the patients were taken only for the purpose of this study? Or, was it taken before this study for other dental procedures? This has to be mentioned in detail. - What was the significance value tested? Figures: - In figure 1 and 2, identify the pulp stones with an asterisk or arrow mark so that it will be easy for the reader to understand. ****
