The research is carried out on a conventional theme and still has several potential flaws both at the organizational and technical levels.

The language in the entire manuscript is highly adolescent and needs to be carefully revised. The entire manuscript should be thoroughly processed with a native language processor or consult a subject expert in the field. Use of personal pronouns such as We, Our, is prohibited in the abstract as well as the main body of the manuscript. Please avoid using any acronym in the abstract, despite; if the full form in the main body is written. Incorporate a robust tabular comparison of the proposed Modeling and Optimization methodology of a Molecular Bio-controller for regulating the Complex Metabolic Pathways with other state-of-the-art Methodologies/Techniques recently published in the domain (on relevant parameters; not older than 2017). Based on the tabular comparison, please mention (point-wise in bullets) the previous drawback/research gap that motivated you to pursue this study (As you already incorporated in the literature). Then Highlight your contribution (Point-wise in bullets) addressing the research gap. The paper organization at the end of the introduction section is missing. Kindly add the complete organization of the article at the end of the introduction section; i.e. How the manuscript has been organized?? Materials and Methods should be placed in the Appendix. Sections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 must not the part of the result. The basic modeling and tuning methodology has been discussed in these sections. Numeric analysis in support of graphics must be required in the result section to justify the results presented. Please incorporate a detailed numerical analysis supporting the graphics presented in the result section to suit a wider audience. Kindly conclude your work at the end of the manuscript. The entire manuscript needs to be completely reorganized. Kindly consult a subject expert in this field and thoroughly reorganize the entire manuscript in a journal frame.
