The paper is well-written but the purpose of the study is not well explained. The study is based on an Indonesian adaption of an Australian instrument. There is a lengthy explanation of how the Indonesian version differs from the Australian one, and much of the Discussion section is taken up by how the Indonesian results differ from those of the Australian survey.
I cannot see what message Table 1 is meant to convey and it is unclear why the authors have done these tests.
Overall although this is a competent survey (apart from Table 1) but there is not much to report here.
