This article is a meeting report for the inaugural Cold Spring Harbor Asia
(CSHA) conference on “Molecular Mechanism and Physiology of Unconventional
Secretion”. It is a timely article that points out the relevance of unconventional secretion.
I have nothing to add to improve the manuscript, except perhaps the mention of glycoRNA in EVs and their pathophysiological relevance to be mentioned in the last section of the manuscript.
