This article summarizes the idea of current concept of cancer development needs to be wider perspective since several cases are not only caused by genetic mutation, but also an infection related matter. The idea of the cancer origin is well written; however, it is only cover gastric cancer and cervical cancer. There is other several cancer cases related to infection, such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma and hepatoma which is correlated to EBV and HCV/HBV, respectively. I think it is better to address this issue as well.

Although the idea of infection caused cancer is not a new concept, it is an interesting to refresh this concept since prevention of certain infection may significantly reduce the cancer incidence.

Minor points like figures/tables not being mentioned in the text, a missing reference, typos, and other inconsistencies.
