Comments on abstract, title, references
Details included in the abstract are sufficient to have an overall summary of the research paper motivations, research gap, methodology used, results and discussion.
The title is relevant to the contect showing what to expect from the paper within the scope of the journal. indicating research scope, and a model developed to address the concerned issue
Excellent use of relevant, related and recent extensive list of references that discussed similar topics within the research field. the references used and formatted accordingly to the journal requirements and the authors implemented cross citation style by citing multiple articles that discussed similar topics within the past few years
Comments on introduction/background
the introduction contains details about how the paper is structured and how is the rest of the paper is organized through discussing the next research steps and highlighting a logical sequence of the research phases. the research introduction also highlighted the number of survey respondent within the field of study, as the paper scope is focusing on the saudi higher education system.
the background section also discussed research gaps and the ultimate goal of the study by presenting and citing previous research conducted and literature reviewed accordingly. the research paper also showed the research hypotheses and the proposed model that demonstrate the relationships among them.
This research is also presenting a new step in the research carried out in this field under the two frameworks of constructivism and TAM highlighting the significance of the research with relation to previous studies which discussed different factors, in a different context and geographical location that is affected by socio-economic factors and culture.
the introduction also discussed the expected results and identified related limitations and scope of the research accordingly
Comments on methodology
methodology section started with a clear explanation of the sample size used for the study with proper discussion and justification indicating the exact number of responses that being refused and not processed further, this phase is justified and supported by related citation and references to support this claim of selection of valid and reliable responses only to be analysed using a software designed for this purpose specifically.
The questionnaire was sent to two experts to evaluate the validity content; the experts were selected based on their expertise and research interests in the adoption of studies .The questionnaire used in the study consisted of both open- and closed-ended questions. The questionnaire in this research was adopted from previous researchers for measuring a model and the related references has been cited properly according to the model factors/sections and the questionnaire has been attached to the appendix
Comments on data and results
the data presented in an appropriate way, Tables and figures relevant and clearly presented with Appropriate units, rounding, and number of decimals. Titles, columns, and rows labelled correctly and clearly with the Categories grouped appropriately. the authors make it clear about what is a statistically significant result with proper citations to refer the values used in other research in the same research field stating the acceptable level of fit and methods used to prove the validity. the authors also included proper and detailed discussion on the results validity and why whether is supports the hypotheses. the data analysis part make it easy to read and understand the tables content and compare it to what is acceptable, significant and supported.
Comments on discussion and conclusions
the results discussed from multiple angles and placed into context without being overinterpreted. conclusions answer the aims of the study and supported by references study results. the limitations of the study are offering opportunities to inform future research as discussed thoroughly. key findings have been discussed accordingly. these findings has been compared and related to previous studies and were confirmed to have a positive effect. the discussion also highlights the significance of the study and the findings. the conclusions offered a potential future research and considerations and highlighted the limitation of the study is only related to the sample size of the data collected that can be expand to cover more participants and universities. references are generally relevant and comparative, the references list is rather extended and new
