Brief overview of the paper and its main findings

This paper is very interesting and challenging. Moreover, this paper is well-organized and well-written. In my point of view, the paper deserves publication in the Journal.

Major and minor points

The authors answered all my questions and considered all my comments, whilst on the other hand; they modify the paper as required. I have gone through the final draft in detail and found it up to the mark and well documented. In my opinion, no further additions and deletions are required.
