The manuscript entitled "Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterial Probiotic Strains Improve Glycemic and Inflammation Profiles in Obesity Model in Mice" focused on obesity and metabolic syndrome. The manuscript title is relevant according to the study purpose. The aim of the study is clearly mentioned. The manuscript contains recent references with the proper reference writing style. However, several issues prevent acceptance in the present state.
Major Points:
- The manuscript contains several small paragraphs. Authors should merge or extend these small paragraphs.
- Authors need categories of different groups first in the design of the experiment subsection.
- The conclusion should be extended according to the purpose of the study.
- In the introduction section, the paragraph "Therefore, we have set ............that constitute MetS" should be deleted.
- The measured parameters are not enough, authors should add microbiota analyses.
- Langue should be further improved.
Minor:
- In the abstract section "tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a)" should be "tumor necrosis factor-α (TFN-α)"
- In the introduction section, the word "(IFN-α)" should be "(TFN-α)"
- Table 1 and 2, the first column title should be changed.
