I congratulate with the authors for their study/
In this study, they demonstrated that FcγRIIIa is expressed in cancer cells of primary tumor and metastatic lesions, and its elevated level in cancer tissues was associated with poor PCa patient outcome.
I only suggest minor edits to the abstract, to improve the quality and readability.
1.Please consider to structure the abstract.
2. Maybe your statement are overstated. Please tone down your conclusions.
3. You wrote that "elevated level of FcγRIIIa in cancer tissues was associated with poor PCa patient outcome". What is the poor patient outcome you are talking about?
Maybe I would suggest to explicate better what such outcome is.
