Garlic preparations and their chemical compounds

  • "Allicin (allyl 2-propenethiosulfinate or diallyl thiosulfinate) is .... or raw garlic homogenate."- Reference missing -"When garlic is chopped or crushed, allinase ..... to produce allicin."- Reference missing -The preparation of garlic extract is described for ACE, Medicinal garlic oil and commercial preparation. Is it possible for authors to mention the procedures that are described in Charaka-Samhita and Bower Manuscript for preparation of garlic extracts?
