  1. Pg. 3, lines 53-57 (2nd and 3rd sentences in the paragraph): Improve the sentence structure to support the prior statement about the research gaps.
  2. For self-healing to be robust, fault locations shouldn't just be limited to those located at DERs, but, must also be at any other possible and usual fault loactons in the entire power system or micro-grid. Kindly explain your strategy of not in line with this general concept of self-healing. Of particular interest of point in question is the beginning section of page 4.
  3. Eq. (2), pg. 6: Is the equation repeated undeliberately?
  4. Pg. 7, section 2.2, sentence 'A new topology is proposed as follows:' - mention the equation number.
  5. Pg. 7, section 2.2, the second paragraph: Correct the equation imbedded in the paragraph as it seems to be repeating itself. Or, it could be a typographical error.
  6. Section 3, pg. 7, objection funtion (eq. (4)): Write in a complete equation form with 'equal' sign.
  7. Some variables in the texts do not tally with those in the equations. E.g. pg. 10, first line, xjd and xid. Kindly check the entire manuscript.
  8. All figures and tables are jumbled up in position and not in agreement with the figure/table captions. They should be placed close to where they are referenced in the texts.
  9. Some figures mentioned in the texts are nowhere to be seen as the appropriate illustrations. E.g. pg. 10, last paragraph, 'Fig. 3' is nowhere to be shown.
  10. Fig. 5? The power system diagram with the 'IEEE 37-Node Test Feeder' shown only as a box. This portion of the diagram should be shown in detail.
  11. Section 4, first paragraph: As it is now, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are confusing. They are not in agreement. Both figures should be combined as a sigle diagram while reflecting exactly the discussion in the text.
  12. Section 4, second paragraph, lines 50-53: The kW ratings of the power sources should be stated in the figure diagram for quick and easy referencing.
  13. Pg. 16, line 25: How can the customer priority be randomized? Should it be based on criticality selection?
  14. Pg. 16, line 28: In the text priority weights range in [1, 10]. But, in the table, they are shown to be ranging beyond the stated range.
  15. Section 4.2: Today's researchers have studied degrees of power generation of individual DGs/DERs. Maximizing the power of each undamaged DER is an oversimplification.
  16. Section 4.2: The traditional self-healing based on searching for the higher priority load in each node - Is this the only traditional self-healing technique? It is believed others can also be benchmarked on.
