Please, consider to carry out an update for the searches (up to May 2020).
The authors should consult databases for grey literature search: OpenGrey and Proquest. Limit the searches to the first 300 hits.
Please, also consult Google Scholar (limiting the search to the first 300 hits).
Please, improve the description of the Newcastle Ottawa Scale. How many items in the selection, comparability and exposure? Please, describe those items.
Please, also improve the report of the assessment using the Newcastle Ottawa Scale in the ‘Results” section.
Figure 2 shows a significant association between EBV and OLP as reported in the “Results” section, but what a OR = 4.41 means? Were OLP cases more likely to be infected with EBV than non OLP cases?
