The abstract is completely clear, the objective is present as well as the main results that were obtained from the experimental processes. The title provides the necessary information to describe the content of the paper, in addition, it allows us to know what the investigation will be about. The references are mostly recent and provide important studies to carry out the research. However, they are correctly referenced

In the introduction, the paper presents a very well written introduction. It's clear what is known about the topic. A contrast is made between previous studies, new studies, the lack of previuos studies and methods. The research question is clear and the justification with studies is found and ends up focusing entirely on the study area that will be developed throughout the investigation. Finally, the objective is specifically mentioned with small clear examples of the applications and mechanisms under investigation.

In relation to the methodology, the process to perform the studies on the stoichiometry on the Optical and Electrical Properties of Chemical Vapor Deposition Derived MoS2 is clear. The methodology used is detailed step by step, also, the different methods to development the investigation, the temperatures, the energies measurements and substances that are used in the experimental development of the process are included. The variables are well described. With all the indications that are written, it's possible to repeat the experiment and obtain similar results. It's also a valid and reliable methodology because everything necessary to reproduce the experiment is inside the paper. It's even attached the numerical data necessary for their reproduction.

In the results, the data is found in a clear and specific way, the numerical data are supported with graphs and table correctly described, titled and referenced, the rows and columns with the correct description of the data that the table will provide. The table show the results of the experimental process and its values, with correct presentation of units, and integer numbers. The figures also clarify the results obtained to show what the peaks of the tests that were carried out. The description of the results is presented as a complement to the results obtained, in this description it is explained how they are obtained and the conditions under which they are obtained. The information is grouped appropriately. It can be noted that the author is clear about the importance of a statistically significant result and a significant result in practice because he adds them to his paper in a concrete way.

Finally, the results are discussed from different angles, they are not over-interpreted, rather, they are objective and clear. Among the conclusions, these respond to the objectives raised in the introduction part of the paper. The conclusions are supported by references and by the results obtained in the previous section. In addition, the paper is not limited, that is, it establishes a starting point for future research or experimental processes that need to be carried out.
