The manuscript deals with the predictive models for estimating sugar content and organic acids in processed mangoes based on the initial content. The issue can be important in ensuring consistent quality and contributing to the reduction of waste/processing costs. However, for the validity of the prediction, the accuracy of the analysis results must be ensured. Therefore, the validation results must be included in full for the analyses.Line 20-21: good accuracy? Please be more specific.
Line 62-66: Please add a suitable reference for the maturation procedure.
Line 66-67: If there is difficulty in supplying it, why did you classify it in the beginning?
Line 118-124: For result reliability and repeatability, add the concentrations of each stock solution determined for the plot of the calibration curve, R2, LOD, LOQ, RSD, linearity values, chromatogram examples of standards and samples.
How was total sugar content determined? Just as the sum of sugars identified? Please state in detail how the sucrose / hexose ratio, total sugar and sugar / acid ratios are determined.
