This manuscript on the use of artificial intelligence applications in healthcare focuses on an important issue. Especially the contribution of artificial intelligence technologies for daily practices should be taken into account. This study consists of a literature review and does not reveal new modeling or approach related to AI. Besides, it is understood that the English used in the study is insufficient and there are important problems in terms of academic approach. There are also quite a few typos throughout the manuscript. I consider them below. Abstract In the abstract, only the benefits of artificial intelligence are explained. However, in a summary, there should be explanations such as the purpose of the study, its method, how it was done, and what was determined. None of these are included in the abstract. Introduction and Literature 1. Citations are not given enough. When figures or some data are mentioned, there must be a reference. For example, “At least 50 million people died as a result of the outbreak, according to estimates”. at line 50. “Jvion developed a "clinical progress machine" that recognizes patients who are most in danger and those that are most expected to react to treatment protocols. Each of these may help physicians make better decisions when it comes to determining the right diagnosis and care for their patients”. at line 250 2. While it is written that AI can be useful in some parts of the article, it is already useful in some parts of the article. It is a fact that it is useful and will be more useful. However, this fact should be told in a more appropriate and consistent manner. 3. While you were talking about AI, you suddenly entered the subject of Bias with a new title. The reasons for this transition are unclear. At the end of the previous section, you need to write a transition statement for the Bias topic. 4. Expressions do not contain academic style. For example, “believing that technological solutions will suffice is foolish, since the root causes of these” at line 307 5. Not enough resources were used throughout your study. You have mentioned the Implications topics very well, but the citations are not given enough. You should support the article with new academic studies by giving applications as examples and using models. 6. In extraordinary disaster situations, how will these technologies work when sufficient infrastructure is destroyed? Wouldn't it be a problem for health professionals who try to use digital technologies in disaster situations? Also, how can AI contribute to disaster situations? 7. Lines 401 and 410 consist of the same sentences.
