Abstract

The paper presents some challenges of information society faced by teachers and administrators of special boarding schools (for children with hearing impairments) when achieving ambitious goals of openness of education, its flexibility in developing individual learning trajectories and possibilities of integrated learning in cooperation (through the Internet). It defines the role of electronic education network in improvement of the system of special secondary education of senior schoolchildren with hearing impairments and in their life competences development. The author describes the model of effective management of e-resources, virtual environment and learners' motivation. The results of workshops aimed at training of e-learning tutors are presented above.
