Annals of the University of Craiova - Electrical Engineering Series
The journal Annals of the University of Craiova – Electrical Engineering Series exists since 1977, without any interruption. In the early beginning, the series name was Mechanical and Electrotechnics and the papers were edited in Romanian, English or French. Later, after 1980, the title became Electrical Engineering with English and French as accepted languages. The reviewing committee included until 1990 only Romanian specialists from universities of Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj and Iasi. After 1990, the reviewing process involves scientific personalities from Germany, France, Canada, Belgium, Russia, Serbia, Bulgaria etc. Since 2010 all the content of the journal is edited in English. Now, the editing format is an international one (IEEE) and many papers are submitted by authors from different European and non-European countries. The topics covers several areas of electrical engineering: Theoretical electricity, Electrical equipment and technologies, Power electronics, Electrical machines and drives, Power engineering systems, Control engineering and applied electronics, Applied informatics in electrical engineering, Aerospace engineering, Environment engineering and equipment, Electric transportation systems, Electrical engineering education, Cryoelectrotechnics.
