"Laboratory services" - scientific-practical peer-reviewed journal for health facility managers, lab specialists, representatives of related professions, manufacturers and suppliers of medical products. The main purpose of the journal is providing of understanding of modern models of organization of laboratory service, regulatory, economic and scientific foundations of its development. Objectives of the journal: informing health care leaders and medical organizations about the features of functioning of the laboratory service with the aim of improving understanding between them and the laboratory; the provision of specialists in laboratory medicine information about legal and regulatory, staffing of laboratory service, organizational, economic and managerial aspects of laboratory operations; introduction of advanced experience of interaction between the laboratory and clinic; familiarization with the main approaches to the development and standardization of laboratory services; coverage of the activities of the Association "Federation of laboratory medicine"; presentation of original research, reviews, scientific and methodological developments and clinical recommendations in the field of laboratory medicine.

The journal is indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index), Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar. Journal is included in the Higher Attestation Commission list of journals recommended for publishing thesis materials. The journal was founded in 2012.
