    Nathalie Rademacher

    Dr. Rademacher received her DVM from the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen in Germany in 2000 and her Dr. med. vet. from the Vetsuisse University of Bern, Switzerland. This was followed by a 1year Internship in a small animal referral clinic in Tenniken in Switzerland (TUEZ). She completed her speciality residency training in diagnostic imaging at the Vetsuisse University of Zurich in Switzerland from 2002-2006. She is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging since 2007 and the American College of Veterinary Radiology since 2010. Dr. Rademacher started working as a Visiting Clinical Intructor at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Louisiana State University January 2007 and started as an Assistant Professor at LSU in October 2007. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at LSU since 2015, active in the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging and American College of Veterinary Radiology and has authored and co-authored numerous papers and publications as well as has done numerous lectures and presentations nationally and internationally.

    I am an Assistant Professor of Political Communication with a joint appointment in the Political Science department and Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University.

    My broad areas of research interest include political communication, political psychology,and public opinion. I teach courses in American Government, Elections, Media and Politics, Statistics, and Research Methods. I also serve on the Editorial Board of #WomenAlsoKnowStuff.

    Kelly Blessinger

    Kelly Blessinger is the Head of Access Services at the Louisiana State University Libraries. In this role, she oversees the functions and initiatives of the Circulation and Interlibrary Loan units. She has served as Head of Access Services since 2014, and previous to this, she served in the Research and Instruction Department as the Assistant Coordinator, and then head from 2006-2014.

    Blessinger is currently serving for the second time on the Library Faculty Policy Committee (2016-present elected position). She previously served from 2006-07, and as chair in 2006. She is also currently active as the chair of the Mentoring Committee, having served previously as member and chair from 2007-2012.

    She was elected to the Faculty Senate and served as chair of a faculty senate standing committee. She has served on various reappointment and tenure committees as well as various search committees for library related positions. She has been active in publication for the profession since 1999, and most recently co-edited a book on workplace culture in academic libraries. In 2017, Kelly was nominated for, and received the most prestigious award in the LSU Libraries, the Carolyn H. Hargrave award. This award recognizes an LSU Libraries faculty member who has demonstrated exceptional leadership to the LSU Libraries through job responsibilities, research, and service.

    Mahdi Mehrtash received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Ahvaz, Iran, 2012, and his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran, 2014, both with first rank honor. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Louisiana State University, LA, USA. His research interests include power system optimization, stochastic optimization, and electricity market.
