Amal A. E. Ibrahim received her Bachelor of Science (Special Zoology) from the Faculty of Women, for Arts, Science and Education, Ain Shams University in May 1993, with Excellent with Honor Degree. The Master and Ph.D. Thesis of Zoology; from the Faculty of Women, for Arts, Science and Education, Ain Shams University in 1999 and 2004, respectively. She was a Demonstrator in 1994, Associate Lecturer in 1999, subsequently becoming Lecturer in 2004 and then Associate Professor in 2011. Attending several conferences; and symposia concerning different branches of Zoology. Member of many Egyptian scientific societies. She is one of the eminent scientists of the field of therapeutic antioxidant in which oxidative stress is induced by free radicals in cancer and diabetes. She acted as principle investigator of several research projects. Head of Biological Sciences Department, Faculty of Science for Girls', Ar'ar, Northern Border University, KSA. Joining to the Editorial Board of many international scientific journals. Published many scientific articles, and books. Published many scientific lectures at website of Alexandria University Library. Listed in Marquis Who's Who in the world, 32nd edition, 2015 and 33rd edition, 2016.
