  • Proficient in designing and construct supramolecular drug delivery systems and hydrogels;
  • Proficient in cell experiments, such as commonly cell incubation and 3D cell culture.
  • Proficient in operating Confocal Laser Fluorescence Microscopy to analyze the nanoparticles uptake and colocalzation in vivo and in vitro;
  • Proficient in operating nano ITC to measure the binding constant and calculate thermodynamic parameters between interactional components.
  • Skilled in the basic characterization skills of operating and analyzing NMR, IR, GPC, UV, SEM, TEM, DLS, XPS, DSC, luminescence spectrometer, CLSM, nano ITC;
  • Skilled in vitro and in vivo evaluation of the effectiveness of drugs.
  • Skilled in establishing mouse models of various cancers.
