Maria Veronica Chandra-Hioe


My current topic of research is to enhance the vitamins contents, in particular folate and cobalamins, in plant-based food through fermentation. The research involves developing analytical methods to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the vitamins and to understand the in vitro bioavailability of vitamins.
