Robert P. Hausinger


Bob Hausinger is a professor in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Michigan State University. His research focuses on the mechanisms of biosynthesis and catalysis by metalloenzymes. Current projects in the laboratory include analysis of Ni-containing lactate racemase, Ni- and Fe-containing urease, and a set of Fe- and 2-oxoglutarate-dependent hydroxylases.
