F.Pacheco Torgal is a Principal Investigator at C-TAC Research Centre, University of Minho. Holds the Counsellor title of the Portuguese Engineers Association. Authored more than 300 publications, 110 in Scopus and 96 in ISI Web of Science-WoS. Cited in more than 100 SCI journals including in high impact factor journals by Highly Cited authors (SCI h-index>60). Has 22 publications cited in international patents. Some of these books are available in the libraries of Harvard University, Stanford Univ., MIT, Univ. Cambridge, Univ.
