Ralph P. Hall

Bio

I am an Associate Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at Virginia Tech. My research and teaching cover the following three broad areas: [1] the provision of sustainable water supply services in developing countries, [2] the formulation of strategies to promote sustainable industrial development, and [3] sustainable transportation planning and policies, with a specific emphasis on performance measurement.
