Wai Ming To
W.M. To is a Professor in the School of Business at the Macao Polytechnic Institute. He received his PhD from Imperial College London. He has published 1 book and more than 160 articles in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings (including 67 SCI and SSCI journal articles). His research interests include environmental science, technology and management, energy analysis, total quality management, service science, marketing research, among others. He serves as a regular reviewer for the Journals of Service Business, Hospitality Management, Quality and Reliability Management, Management of Environmental Quality, Cleaner Production, etc.
