Denis Roy


Denis Roy, PhD, is full professor with the Department of Food Science at Laval University (Quebec, Canada) and researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods and Op+Lait. His work aims to deepen the advanced knowledge on bacterial cultures and prebiotics that may enter into production of functional foods, to understand their activities, and to study their properties and alleged effects on health as well as interactions with gut microbiota.
